Shipping Policy

Making your piece

Every piece is made to order, especially for you. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from the point you send me your scan (and any plaque wording) for your piece to be made and dispatched. I'll keep you updated as it comes together, and I'll always let you know if anything affects the timeline.

Dispatch & delivery

When your piece is ready, it's wrapped in branded tissue inside a keepsake box and carefully packaged to protect it in transit. I currently ship within the UK only. Orders are sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail Tracked service, and you'll receive tracking details on dispatch. Shipping is free within the UK.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged

If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, please contact me at hello@soulprintcasting.co as soon as you can and I'll help resolve it. Please keep all packaging if your piece arrives damaged.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout, as I'm unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
